Tracking Your Shipment
Now you can track your shipment online!
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS as carriers. Your tracking number should have been on the third email you received from us. The first email was to confirm your order. the second should your receipt for the purchase and the third should have had a tracking number for your shipment. Please look at the email we sent you, or login to your account to see
shipment details. As a last resort, please call us toll free at
1-888-827-3345.
Please do not be alarmed if you tracking number comes up as invalid or does not show any information. This is due to the courier being a little slow at posting updates for tracking numbers. In the case of USPS, they are delivery confirmation numbers which you will have to contact your local post office for details.
