Voiding Your Warranty |

Contrary to popular belief, our refill kits or third party inks do not void your printers warranty. Many dealers or sales representatives will tell you that using third party ink cartridges or refill kits will void your printers warranty, however their claim is strictly verbal, holds no credibiltiy and is purely for the benefit of the company that they work for.
HP Users: Many have misinterpreted the information stated on HP's warranty information page, that states that any damage caused by a refilled cartridge is not covered under warranty. It does not state that simply using refilled cartridges voids the warranty. |
