In Business for Four Years
Our original company - Gryphon Publishing Group began operations in the refill business in 1996. At that time there were very few companies online - and even fewer in the refill and printer supply business. We were one of very few at the time to take this business global rather than our own community. Although we continue to service our community, we now do approx. 80% of our business outside of our local market. We incorporated into iMAGNAN Corp. in the fall of 1998 and continue to run a variety of domains as dba's under the parent company of iMAGNAN.
Pioneers
Because we have been around for so long many other companies who have sprouted online have used our materials. It will be no coincidence that you will see the same FAQ's, refill tips, troubleshooting and general info repeated over and over. Add copy and copyright laws are very loose online and it isn't worth the trouble to go after little businesses who run out of their basement. We just hope that our customers, and potential customers will be able to determine who is a qualitative company dedicated to service and product quality.
